Our founder is developing the resources he searched for but couldn't find as an ED.
When Greg Harrell-Edge was a kid, his dad was a nonprofit ED — and he thought it was the coolest job in the world.
But he also saw how lonely and frustrating the role could be without the right tools or support.
That sparked a lifelong obsession with evolving the sector.
As Executive Director of CoachArt, Greg led a transformation that included:

- Expanding from a local to national reach

Throughout that journey, he dreamed of finding content and community designed for growth-minded leaders.
